Your order will be carefully packaged by the designer you have ordered from to make sure it arrives to you in great condition.
Orders may be packaged in the designer’s branded materials or in our carriers’ materials.
We ship to 212 countries and territories worldwide. You can check the full list of supported destinations by clicking on the country name shown the website footer.
We recommend that you select the destination you’d like to ship to when browsing the website to get the most accurate prices, as shipping and import duties fees are relative to the selected country.
If the items in your order are readily available, the designer will prepare and dispatch your order within 2 working days. Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Please note that when ordering from multiple designers, you will receive your items separately.
We include the cost of shipping and applicable tax and duty fees in the price of every product. These fees vary depending on the nature, size and weight of the item and are calculated according your shipping destination.
Import duties will not be applicable when ordering from a designer within your country or customs zone. However, VAT or local sales taxes may be applicable.
To ensure that the most accurate prices are displayed, we recommend that you click on the country name shown at bottom of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
We require a signature on all delivered orders. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be contacted to arrange another suitable delivery time.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, we recommend that your order be delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
If you’d like to have your order delivered at an exact date, please contact our customer service team here, and provide us with the following details:
— Email address of the account you used to place your order
— Order number
— Preferred delivery date
Once received, we will do the necessary to make sure your order is delivered on the specified date.
Please be advised that orders cannot be delivered sooner than the time required in transit.
As we require a signature on all delivered orders, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address. We therefore recommend that you get in touch with us here as soon as possible after you’ve placed your order to make the necessary changes.
Express delivery services are available to all shipping destinations. Orders are usually delivered 3-7 working days after they are dispatched by designers. Please be aware that any public holiday dates in your country will not be considered working days.
When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with an estimated delivery time. We always try to ensure that your order is delivered within the timeframe mentioned in the email. In some cases, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to events that are out of our control. Such events include shipping delays and customs clearance delays.
If your order is taking longer to be delivered, please contact our customer service team here, and we will happily give you an update on your shipment’s status.
For all international shipments, we use DHL Express. Cross-border shipments are usually delivered 3-7 days after they are dispatched by designers. If you’re ordering from a designer that is in the same country as you, your order might be delivered sooner.
For all local shipments in Lebanon, we use Aramex Domestic Express. Local shipments inside Lebanon are usually delivered 2-3 days after they are dispatched by designers.
The product prices displayed on the website include the cost of shipping, as well as any applicable taxes and duty fees. All shipments are delivered on a DDP (delivered duty paid) basis, meaning that you will not be required to submit any additional payment after you have placed your order.
All your orders are insured against theft, loss or accidental damage during transit. Please note that once your order has been signed for at destination, it is no longer covered.
We can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like to have products delivered at multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each address.
