1. How to Return Your Order

If for any reason you change your mind about an item and it is still in its original, unused condition, we gladly offer free worldwide returns within 7 days of you receiving your order. We strongly recommend you check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging.

Please note that exchanges will only be permitted for a different size or color of the item originally ordered.

2. Return Policy

We ask you to treat items you receive with care and to return them in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
If returning shoes, please make sure to package the shoe box within another container, taking care not to stick postage labels to the shoe box itself
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box
Swimwear and underwear should be tried on over your own underwear and returned with their original hygienic strip intact
We do not accept returns of earrings of any kind
We do not accept returns of large furniture items
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

3. Free Worldwide Collection

To return items from your order free of charge, please follow the steps below:

1.Log in to your account and go to My Account
2.Under Orders click on 'Return or Exchange' and follow the provided instructions
3.Once you submit your request, our team will review and contact you to schedule a pick-up.

Please note that if you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, we will likely request that you send us visual proof.

4. Returning a Gift

If you wish to return an item(s) you have received as a gift, please email us at shop[at]soulmade.com with the following information:

Full name
Order number (available on the invoice included inside the original package)
Item(s) to return and reason(s)
Desired action for each product: return or exchange

5. Refunds

Once our designers have received and approved the returned items, we will refund you via store credit. You can later request to cash out refunded store credits through your original method of payment if you desire.

Please note that returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping and import duties.

Returned items that do not meet our Return Policy will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
