1. Prices, Delivery, and Import Duties

We know how frustrating it is to add products to your bag only to discover hidden charges at checkout. We also know from experience how frustrating it is to receive a package at home, only to find out that you have to pay more for customs clearance (in some cases double!).

To eliminate such unwanted surprises, we include all delivery and import costs in the original prices displayed on the website. These will vary depending on the country you are browsing from or would like to ship to. Please note that import duties will not be applicable when ordering from within your country or customs zone. However, VAT or local sales taxes may be applicable.

To ensure that the most accurate prices are displayed, we recommend that when you start browsing our website, you select the correct shipping country. You can do this by clicking on the Country link in the footer and choosing the corresponding country.

Please note that in rare instances where the actual cost of import/delivery fees amounts to less than the price paid, we will return the balance to you in the form of store credit.

2. Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments in USD, as well as Paypal payments.

Before we begin processing your purchase, we may need to confirm your details and verify your payment. We use secure connections to process payment and manage your personal information. For more information about our security and privacy policies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Store credit is automatically applied to your next purchase and will show in the Bag page. You may have to submit additional payment if your store credit amounts to less than the value of your purchase.

3. Monitoring your Order

You can monitor the status of your orders by logging in to your account and checking the orders section. Once your order has been dispatched by the designer, you will receive an email containing an estimated delivery date and a link to track the progress of your shipment.

4. Cancelling your Order

You may cancel an order in the period between placing the purchase and receiving the order confirmation e-mail. You can cancel your order by contacting us or by cancelling it through your account. After receiving the order confirmation e-mail, you can no longer cancel the order. You can instead return your order for a refund through our free returns service.

5. Shipping and Insurance

All countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means that when you make a purchase, you will not need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives at its destination.

Orders are delivered 3-7 days after they are dispatched by designers. Shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch from designer.

Our designers are located all around the world and will ship your items directly to you from their location. As such, delivery times may therefore vary depending on the designer’s location and your shipping address.

We are unable to deliver orders to P.O Boxes addresses, as we require a signature for all orders.

We are unable to deliver to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE. These countries are: Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, Dem. Rep. Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

We insure each order during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to you or to the intended recipient.

6. Returning your Order

If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, or are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy page more information.
